Return Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • All tags and original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Eligible Return Cases

We fully support refunds or replacements in cases of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Printing defects (blur, misalignment, peeling, scaling)
  • Color or manufacturing errors
  • Functional defects (zipper, stitching, etc.)

Shipping Issues

We also cover:

  • Lost shipments
  • Tracking not updated for extended periods

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue
  4. Our team will review your request

Approved cases will be replaced or refunded accordingly.

Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 7–15 business days).

As each product is made per order, returns are limited to verified quality or fulfillment issues only.
