Each item is made especially for you once your order is placed.
This allows us to maintain better quality and a more intentional production process.

- Most orders are completed within 5–8 business days
Shipping Time
Once production is completed, your order is shipped internationally.
- Estimated shipping time: 7–15 business days
- Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs processes

Total delivery time includes both production and shipping:
Estimated delivery: 12–25 business days
Shipping Costs
- Orders under 350 AED → 30 AED shipping fee
- Orders 350 AED and above → Free shipping
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not collect or control these fees.
Remote Areas
Some locations may be classified as remote by shipping carriers, which may result in:
- Additional delivery fees
- Slightly longer delivery times
If applicable, this will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance delays
- Local courier disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Global events or unforeseen logistics issues
In such cases, delays may occur and are not considered the responsibility of the store.
